Dr. Hashiq Nalakath

Dr. Hashiq Nalakath is a DHA-licensed Specialist Pediatrician currently practicing at Life Medical Center, Dubai. With over 3 years of dedicated experience in pediatric and neonatal care, he offers holistic and compassionate medical services for newborns, infants, and children up to adolescence. Dr. Hashiq completed his MBBS from Kannur Medical College, Kerala, and earned his MD in Pediatrics from D.Y. Patil Medical College, Maharashtra, India. He has gained extensive hands-on experience in managing pediatric emergencies and critically ill newborns in Level 3 NICUs. He is proficient in performing life-saving procedures such as umbilical venous catheterization (UVC), peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC) line insertion, endotracheal intubation, and intercostal drain (ICD) placement. In addition to his clinical expertise, Dr. Hashiq is a passionate researcher and has authored four international publications in the field of pediatric and neonatal medicine. He is also a life member of the Indian Academy of Pediatrics (IAP) and the Indian Medical Association (IMA), reflecting his commitment to continued professional development and contribution to the pediatric community.
